Born and raised in Aşkale, Erzurum, Uğur Çiloğlu graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Anadolu University.

He began his professional career by serving in managerial positions within companies operating in the defense, machinery, and gold industries, where he gained extensive experience in manufacturing, engineering, project management, and industrial operations.

Combining his technical expertise and managerial experience with an entrepreneurial vision, he founded IPM Isı Proje Makina in 2002, laying the foundation for what has become today's Çiloğlu Group of Companies.

Uğur Çiloğlu graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Anadolu University.

Throughout his academic education, he developed expertise in manufacturing technologies, energy systems, mechanical design, thermodynamics, and industrial processes, strengthening this knowledge through years of hands-on industry experience.
